The Student Payment Center follows a hybrid schedule.
- We are on campus for in-person service each Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM in G-9 Thackeray Hall.
- We are available virtually each weekday at payments@pitt.edu or 412-624-7520
Checks and money orders can be inserted in the Drop Box outside our office in G-9 Thackeray Hall and are posted to PittPAY within one week. Be sure to include your full name and 7-digit student ID with Drop Box payments.
When you make payments online in PittPAY, your account balance is reduced immediately, and you receive a receipt by email.
